Cationic polyacrylamide is a white granule and it is a linear high molecular compound which is soluble in water. It is nontoxic, odorless and hygroscopic. Its outstanding feature is the high hydrophilicity which enables it dissolves in water at any ratio while insolubilizes in organic solvents like ethanol and acetone. The active group with positive charge on the molecular chain has excellent effect of folcculation. Different models of products can be chosen according to the properties of sludge. This product can clarify the solution and separate the solid and liquid rapidly by absorbing the solid particles suspending in sewage which can make the particles agglomerate into large flocculate through bridging between particles or charge neutralization. Therefore, this product has a low application dosage, high level of dehydration efficiency and low level of water content in sluge.

This enzyme usage request is formulated according to the production action.Genarally speaking,hydrolysis rate will be increased when enzyme viscosity is be increased.In the best condition,the addition amount is 0.01-0.05 percent of dry materials,which will liquid and saccharificate the starch liquid. Time of saccharification will affect maltose productivity,and longer time is,more the productivity is.
For example:When you are producing maltose syrup,firstly you should use the High-temp alpha-amylase to liquefy the starch,which can make the emulsion DE get to 10-15%.After temperature is induced to 55-58 and pH is adjusted to 5.0-5.5,this enzyme can be ad ded,and the time of saccharification should not be over 12 hours.Fungal alpha-amylase can hydrolyze starch percent of 40-50%,and 50% maltose can be produced.
